To create an account, open the HealthProme app and tap "Register". Enter your full name, email address, username, and create a strong password (minimum 10 characters with security requirements). You'll need to agree to the Terms and Conditions to complete registration.
Can I track my activities and exercises?
Yes! HealthProme allows you to log various activities including Running, Cycling, Swimming, Yoga, and Walking. You can track duration, intensity (on a scale of 1-12), location (Home, Gym, Outdoors, Park), and health goals (Lose Weight, Build Muscle, Improve Stamina, Stay Healthy).
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link via email. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
Is my data secure and private?
Absolutely! HealthProme uses industry-standard encryption to protect your data. We never share your personal health data with third parties. All processing is local to your device.
What iOS versions are supported?
HealthProme requires iOS 13.0 or later, with iOS 14.0+ recommended for the best experience. The app is built with SwiftUI for native iOS performance.
